Getting Started

Basic information to get you up and running with Rannko and signing in for the first time:

The first place you must visit is the "Your Setup". 

You can find this section within the right hand dropdown

The fastest most convenient way to setup your account is by going through each one of the steps on the left hand side. This will walk you though all the basic settings required for optimum performance. 


Connectivity Settings:

Link Social Accounts

  • Navigate to Connectivity Settings below all product items along the left-hand menus

  • Press the "Connect" button to login and connect your social media accounts

  • Enter the profile URLs for Yelp, Instagram and Foursquare

Review Management:

  • Set-up Rannko SMS AssistantNavigate to the Review Management product and choose the "Intelligence" tabInput the cell phone number that you'd like to receive New Review text/SMS messagesTurn on the feature using the on/off button

  • Set-up Auto Publish Reviews:Navigate to the Review Management product and choose the "Intelligence" tabChoose which social media accounts to auto-publish reviews toClick the Auto Publish button to turn it on

  • Set-up Auto Review ResponseNavigate to the Review Management product and choose the "Intelligence tab"Type desired response into "1 Star Review" field, "2-4 Star Review" field, and "5 Star Review" field that will be automatically published as a response to a user's reviewTurn on the feature using the on/off buttom

  • Set-up Review RequestsAdd customers to your list either individually or by uploading a .csv fileEdit the message you'd like to email or message to your customersChoose the customers you'd like to send your message by checking the boxes next to their namesClick the Send SMS or Send Email button to send your message.

Meerkat Social:

  • Link Social AccountsSet-up according to Connectivity Settings Setup

  • Schedule a Social Media PostNavigate to the Meerkat Social productWrite your post in the white field on the Overview pageClick the arrow to Add to QueueChoose the Schedule option and choose the desired date and time of your post

  • Queue a Social Media PostNavigate to the Meerkat Social productWrite your post in the white field on the Overview pageClick the Add to Queue button, and your post will be added at the next open time slot.

  • Edit Scheduling TimesNavigate to the Meerkat Social productChoose the "Publishing" tabChoose which day and time to schedule your postsClick the Add New Time button

Smart Menus

  • Create A ListNavigate to the Smart Menus productChoose the type of list you'd like to create and name it. Click the "Add List" buttonTo add items or services to your list, click the newly added list and click the "Add New Item" button. Fill in the information and press "Save"

  • Make the List Active/InactiveNavigate to the Smart Menus product and choose the list you'd like to make active or inactiveToggle the Active on/off button in the top-right

  • Publish Your ListNavigate to the Smart Menus productChoose which places to upload list to after setting up your Connectivity SettingsClick the "Publish" button

  • Integrate Your List With Your WebsiteNavigate to the Smart Menus productChoose the "Integrations" tabClick the "Grab Code" buttonClick the "Copy" button or copy the code manuallyPaste the code into your website's HTML

  • Setup and Sync Power ListingsConfirm subscription to Rannko Power Listings.Enter core business information including business name, address and phone number.Click the "Sync" button to begin syncing your business information on the Power Listings network.
