Clients Granting GMB/Agency Access
Here’s a quick run through how to grant Rannko, agency access to your Google My Business account. This will help us to easily optimize your dashboard PowerListings Account.
Step 1: Move your business location into a group in Google My Business. Once you’ve done this, name the group and edit your settings to allow for agency access.
Step 2: On the same page, there is a “Managers” section. Click “Manage Users” and paste Rannko's Organization ID, which is

. Or add locations@rannko.com.
Step 3: Give Rannko owner access and then click “Done.”
Data will start to Populate the Powerlistings Dashboard within 3-5 days.
The Rannko team frequently checks and updates GMB, once we receive the alert, we accept and synchronize.
