Firstly, navigate to "Review Request"

If you haven't registered a number with us yet, you will need to registered your own personalized vanity SMS number. 

At the top of the page you will see the "send a review request" box. Once you have entered in your customers information. You can either send them a review request email or a review request sms. 

When you send a request, the customers information will be stored in the "Your customers" section. This way you can track to see whether or not they have left a review.

You can also track the following metrics. Updated monthly.
